Progress & tracking
Make your progress review a conversation
A report gives you a starting point. Your context gives the numbers meaning.
A note from the journal
Start with what happened
A progress review is a chance to look back at the work you completed and discuss what comes next. Numbers can help organize that conversation, but they do not tell the whole story of your week.
Bring context to the report
What felt clearer? Which sessions were difficult to fit in? Was there something you wanted more help with? Keep those questions alongside your training notes so they are easy to discuss.
Agree on one next step
Leave the review knowing what you and your coach want to focus on next. That might be a question to resolve, a routine to make easier to follow, or something to revisit at the next assessment.
