Planning horse stalls and barn aisles

Title formatBody

Walk through feeding, bringing horses in and cleaning stalls. Mark tack, feed, bedding and the route to turnout on the same drawing as the stalls.

## Map movement before room labels

Sketch horse routes separately from deliveries and equipment movement. Identify where gates, doors and waiting areas need further review. Review the stall and handling layout with an experienced equine professional before choosing the building.

Record the equipment used for cleaning and material handling. Draw it in working form, including attachments, and discuss clear openings with the contractor. A service route should not depend on temporarily removing everyday storage.

## Place the supporting rooms

Tack, feed, grooming equipment and staff supplies each have a role. Think about who accesses them and when. Put the route from deliveries to storage on the drawing so a convenient-looking room does not require crossing the busiest horse path.

If a wash or grooming area is proposed, describe the activity and have appropriate professionals coordinate surfaces, services and drainage. Keep those details within the scope instead of assuming they come with the shell.

## Walk through a busy morning

Imagine several care tasks happening at once. Mark conflict points and revise the concept before the structural layout is fixed.
