Sourdough Saturday: mix, shape and bake

Five hours at the bench. You mix a dough, shape one that was mixed the night before, bake it in a Dutch oven and take home the loaf, the dough you mixed, and a jar of starter. Eight places, so everyone gets hands on their own dough. Lunch is bread.
