How to play
On your turn move one of your four amazons like a chess queen, any distance in a straight line over empty cells, then shoot an arrow from where it landed in the same way. The arrow's cell is blocked for the rest of the game. Nothing is ever captured. If you cannot move, you lose.
Beside chess
Four chess queens a side and no captures: the queen's move becomes a way of walling off territory, so it plays like an endgame of Go fought with chess pieces.
Moves are written as the cells they touch: d4, e2e4, c3e5g7, the arrow last.
