The city's non-food outside-vending surface, as the city itself documents it, is three other rows: knoxville-transient-vendor-license (the 14-day licence), knoxville-pedestrian-vending-permit (city sidewalks during a designated event, city code 16-366 et seq.) and knoxville-outdoor-display-zoning (the ordinance prohibition and its C-4 / C-7 exceptions).
