CAD

CADA drawing is points, lines, circles and arcs, held by constraints (horizontal, parallel, tangent, a fixed point) and dimensions. A driving dimension sets a size and the solver moves the geometry to match; a reference dimension only measures. The solver reports how much is still free to move. Each change is a numbered revision, and the drawing travels as plain text or a DXF file.

Draw to exact sizes: dimensions drive the geometry, and sheets print it to scale.

Blank is an empty sheet in millimetres. The mounting plate is a part drawn to size by its dimensions; change one and the holes follow. The lot plat is a parcel in US survey feet with its corners fixed where a survey put them, on an ANSI B sheet at 1 in = 20 ft.
