Every figure here is a durable ledger row: balances from the manifold's account projection, flows from its flow log, budgets from Budget's own records. A flow row names one side, so a transfer shows as a debit on one account and a credit on another. These are CRE8 ledger units, minted by declared contracts. They are not bank money, and nothing on this page settles outside CRE8.
