Public transit from the GTFS schedules and GTFS-realtime feeds loaded into this runtime: agencies, routes by mode, and the stops they call at. Trip counts are of the stored working set of each feed, not the whole published timetable.

Load a transit feed
No transit feed loaded yet
No transit feed has been loaded. A runtime operator posts `profile_id` (configured: `boston-mbta`), or a GTFS `schedule_url` and GTFS-realtime `realtime_url`, to /transit/feed/refresh (CRE8_GTFS_SCHEDULE_URL and CRE8_GTFS_REALTIME_URL stand in for the URLs). A prepared feed snapshot goes to /transit/feed/ingest as `feed`.
